Introducing SFWC Hubs

We're opening hubs across Chicago so people can connect with their local communities and other sustainable fashion advocates.

Hub members volunteer and create 1-2 projects per year with support from the wider SFWC team. Projects range from hosting a climate café, introduction to mending workshop, fashion show, and more in their neighborhood! Interested in joining or starting a hub? Click here.

All you have to do is film a day in your life and showcase how you’re prioritizing sustainable fashion locally. We want to see the unique things you do. Even if you think it’s boring! Community Spotlight:

This week, sustainable fashion advocate, Carley Ives, hosted a plastics panel event. Congratulations to Carly and their team on a successful and impactful evening! Attendees learned about ways they can reduce their plastic waste and were connected with local resources.
